Here We Grow Again: KMCL Adds Strength with Another Highly-Credentialed Am-Law 100 Attorney

On July 1, 2019, Kazmarek Mowrey Cloud Laseter LLP's (KMCL’s) Atlanta office welcomed prominent environmental attorney Jonathan E. Wells to its team.

Jonathan, an Emory University School of Law graduate, brings nearly 17 years of experience in the areas of land use, natural resources, and toxic tort litigation. His credentials have been recognized by listings in Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, and in Best Lawyers in America.

Jonathan has extensive experience with two Am-Law 100 firms focusing on bet-the-company toxic tort class actions and mass actions, wetlands and marshland permitting matters, and defending against citizen suits and permit challenges by non-governmental organizations. He also is Georgia’s leading lawyer for siting utility-scale solar energy projects.

"Jonathan is a real talent, has a great reputation, and we are glad he has joined us,” said KMCL’s Bob Mowrey.  He added that Wells “adds additional depth in various areas for us, and he brings unique expertise in additional areas, such as siting major solar energy projects.”
